How do I contact Linelink Online?
Linelink Online is purely an "e-tailer". We operate purely online and do not have a retail shop front or a call centre with hundreds of staff to take calls. If you need to contact us please send us an e-mail or use our "Contact Us" form from the web site. You will always get a timely response from us if you use this method of contact. Why e-mail? By using e-mail, both you and we have a permanent record of the contact. Furthermore, by not having to employ hundreds of call centre staff we have the ability to offer you better pricing as we reduce this expensive overhead.
How do I order with Linelink Online?
To place an order with us simply select the product you wish to order, place it into your online shopping basket and checkout using one of the many payment methods we accept. If you are a state or federal government department, you can fax or e-mail your purchase order to us for processing. If you wish to obtain a quote, simply email us the request or fax us the request and we'll send it through in a timely manner.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal and ZipPay (Buy Now, Pay Later).
Can I pickup my Linelink Online order?
Unfortunately no. We ship from a variety of warehouses around the country and in some cases the goods ship directly to you from the manufacturer or distributor. We do not have a retail shop front and by doing so we can offer you better pricing as we don't have the expensive overheads of a retail "bricks and mortar" store.
What does delivery cost?
How much will it cost to send your delivery? We offer free freight for all orders over $50 to metropolitan areas in each capital city. Orders under $50 will be charged a $9.99 freight charge. We ship via a variety of courier partners to get your order to you in a timely manner. We use Australia Post (Express Post eParcel) and StarTrack Couriers as our freight partners.
Are you able to match a lower price that I've seen?
This all depends and we will always do our best to match or beat a competitors price. If you find a better price, send us an e-mail via our "Contact Form" and we'll do our very best to try and match or beat it.
How long does delivery take?
You can rest assured as 90% of orders generated with Linelink Online generally ship the same day or the following day. We do however ask that you allow up to seven days for delivery to your nominated address. It can take more time for bulkier items or items shipped to remote locations so please be patient. Please use our "Contact Us Form" for urgent delivery requests or to ascertain that items are in stock before placing an order. All consignments that we send are trackable through the various online courier portals and all orders must be signed for and in most cases photographic ID will be required upon delivery.
I'm a Government Department, can I send you a purchase order?
Absolutely. Linelink Online is an approved supplier to state and federal government. You can fax your purchase orders or e-mail your purchase orders to us for fulfillment. Linelink Online is also an approved supplier to the Department of Defence. If you wish to obtain a quote, simply email us the request using our "Contact Us Form" or fax us the request and we'll send it through in a timely manner.
