Definitions of Service:
United provides onsite service as standard, however certain products have special service attributes based on the size or complexity of the product. Please see below:
On-site service means that one of United Electrical’s Authorized Service Agents will go out to the customer’s premises and fix their system onsite. The system in this case is usually not taken off site.

Onsite Extraction means that up to two United Agents will go to the customer’s premises and extract their systems from the premises. This service usually applies to Plasma and AV equipment where a specialist has to come out to the home due to the large nature of the product. After the unit has been repaired, we will then go back onsite to re-install the unit to its original working solution.
