Reports and BAS Preparation
CashBook Online features a range of reports to help you better understand your company’s financials. This
includes financial reports, such as P&L, Trial Balance and Balance Sheet Movement which shows changes in
balance sheet movement over time as well as GST reporting to help you prepare for your BAS lodgement.
Company Summary
With the Company Summary functionality of CashBook Online you get an at-a-glance view of your financial
position including Bank Account Summary and Net Position.
The Company Summary is customisable according to the needs of your business. For example, you can add
net position comparisons between financial quarters and you can subsequently drill down to income and
expense particulars. All beautifully presented, with fully configurable graphs (such as pie charts, bar charts or
both) and easy to understand colour coding.
Share Your CashBook
Share your CashBook with your business partner, employees or your accountant or bookkeeper
with the confidence that you have total control of who can see and do what. By setting up users
in the CashBook Online control panel, you can choose what privileges each user has, whether it
be just read only to view reports or maximum access to edit data.

Need offline access? Easily install a local copy of CashBook Online at anytime to see an up-to-date version of

internet. When you go back online again, CashBook Online will automatically detect any changes made to the
offline version and prompt you to sync them to your online cashbook.
