Track & manage employee records

Keep track of salaries, holiday and personal leave, deductions, allowances, superannuation and

more with minimum effort and ease. Earnings, deductions and other financial details are calculated

automatically. In addition, Payroll Premier offers you the choice of weekly, fortnightly, monthly or halfmonthly

pay frequencies and the capacity to manage extensive employee records.

An advanced award module reduces data entry and saves time by allowing you to set up groups

of employees under their appropriate awards. Store leave accrual, rates of pay and superannuation

details for various groups, reducing time spent on individual staff records. The timesheet function even

lets you enter variable pay rates for different hours worked.

Email pay slips and payment summaries

Save time and money with emailed pay slips and payment summaries which can be sent as

soon as payroll is finalised. If you choose not to email pay slips to employees, you can still

store employees email addresses in the employee record.

Electronic Empdupe ATO File

Payroll Premier keeps you compliant with the ATO’s Empdupe file format, speeding up the process

when you send your employee payroll summaries at the end of the financial year. This saves you a

significant amount of time and makes it easier for you to communicate with the ATO.

Manage your superannuation obligations

With Payroll Premier you can assign unique super funds (industry, retail and SMSF) against your

employee’s record.

It also provides information and links to the ATO’s Super Choice website, ensures you correctly show

Reportable Employer Super Contributions, and provides two new payment summaries. This will help

you comply with the latest legislation.

Manage varied pay rates with ease

The Timesheet component of the Awards module allows you to pre-determine the pay rates that are

applicable to hours worked at various times and days of the week. All you have to do is enter the start

and finish time of each shift and Payroll Premier will do the rest.

Payroll Premier gives you the ability to display salary, hourly and daily rates as well as leave accrued

on employee’s pay slips and track time in lieu.

Leave planner

View a graphical display of all employee holiday leave at a glance allowing you to easily plan

staffing levels and resources during peak and non peak workload times. You can also enter state

based holidays and school holidays.

Paid Parental Leave

Easily and efficiently calculate and administer payments for the new Paid Parental Leave Scheme,

requirements are for Payroll Premier 2011/12 only and do not

reflect any hardware/peripherals requirements that may or may

not be required to successfully install any compatible operating

system. The Payroll Premier 2011/12 in-product Help is

available in WinHelp format. This will not work for Vista or

Windows 7 as installed. The WinHelp tool for Vista/Windows

7 can be downloaded from the following url:http://support.

microsoft.com/kb/917607. This enables Vista/Windows 7

users to access the in-product Help, while non-Vista/Windows

7 users will not be affected. Vista/Windows 7 users may still

experience a Microsoft warning message when accessing

the in-product Help for the first time, but this message can be

safely ignored and the Help used as normal.
